Website purpose

This site describes Lazer and lets businesses and creators request information or schedule a demo. Website content, example interfaces, and illustrative figures are not an offer, guarantee, or commitment to provide a particular feature or result.

Private alpha

Access to a demo does not guarantee entry to the private alpha. Any pilot, product access, service level, fee, payment flow, data processing term, or commercial commitment must be set out in a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Lazer, the site design, copy, software, graphics, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may view and share links to public pages for lawful business purposes.

Third-party services

The site links to or embeds services such as Cal.com and Google Fonts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, commercial results, attribution accuracy, or the availability of private-alpha features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Troops PTE Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

Singapore law governs these terms. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes
